Memories of Deborah

We are compiling photographic memories of our friend and vicar, Deborah. Printed  photos will be displayed in Church House, and digital images will go in a gallery here.

If you would like to contribute, please give photos to Joan E – remembering to write your name on the back if you would like them returned. Digital images should be sent to Carol P.

Deborah led from the front, and knew exactly how to ask us to do (often bizarre) things for the good of the parish and our faith – herself dressing as Mrs Christingle before asking us to crouch under the piano and voice Sally Sheep singing “Ewe are my Sunshine”, or dress as George the Sheep and give the Christmas Day address.

Always in our hearts, never forgotten.

  1. Hello there,
I am an old friend of Deborah’s and intend to send some flowers for her funeral. Would it be OK if I tell the florist to deliver to the church? Many thanks, Shirley x
