Worship at St Margaret’s and St George’s is not all about regularly scheduled services. There are seasonal occasional services, for example during Advent, Christmas and Lent (keep an eye on the calendar for details), as well as plenty of opportunities for “different” kinds of worship.
There is at least one annual parish retreat. Very often this to to Parcevall Hall (Skipton), but other locations during recent years include Foxhills (Frodsham), St Joseph’s (Formby) and Scargill (Kettlewell).
We have Quiet Days during Advent and Lent. These are usually at St Margaret’s.
A Peregrini morning prayer is livestreamed on our Facebook page on Thursday mornings at 8:30am from St Margaret’s. Choose to attend online or in person. A pre-recorded service of Compline is broadcast to our social media platforms on Monday evenings at 9pm.
