Today there was no ‘traditional’ sermon. Instead we began be seeing and hearing the story of Creation, based on Genesis 1.
Next, we heard and saw how Man has mistreated God’s creation leading to Destruction.
Finally, we prayed for Redemption and re-Creation.
Our readings today were from Deuteronomy 26.1-11 and St John’s Gospel 6.25-35.
Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone from St Margaret’s School and our church communities that donated Harvest gifts. They will be distributed later today and tomorrow.
